Ekovilla X5 is a fabric-reinforced paper air barrier for breathable structures. It is used as an internal air barrier, especially in hygroscopic insulation systems such as cellulose. The Ekovilla X5 air barrier makes it easier to construct fully airtight buildings, ensuring good indoor air quality and proper energy efficiency.

APPLICATION
The X5 air barrier is used as an internal air barrier for walls, ceilings, and floors in breathable structures insulated with hygroscopic insulation material. Due to its strength properties and low elongation, it is an ideal choice for blown-in insulation systems.
INSTALLATION
Ekovilla X5 is quick and easy to install. It is highly tear-resistant, and thanks to its fabric reinforcement, it can be installed even in difficult areas. The air barrier is fixed by stapling at 200 mm intervals. Joints are made with a 200 mm overlap or according to structural guidelines, and the durability of the joints is ensured by Ekovilla X sealing tape.
